Approach to counselling

Hello. It can be daunting to contact a counsellor for the first time, but I am here to listen, whatever problems you may have. I can offer you a safe place to talk where you can be the “real you”. I am a qualified counsellor who offers private and confidential long or short term counselling from my home in Bexhill. A good relationship between client and counsellor is fundamental for developing trust, confidence and growth.

I offer therapy in a safe environment where you can develop a greater understanding about yourself with someone who listens, who is non-judgemental and who will encourage the working together aspect that counselling provides. Sessions can be booked for weekdays, evenings and weekends.

I can visit clients in their own homes if travelling is difficult. I also offer telephone counselling.

There is ample, free, on-road parking.
Please take a look at my website: www.ajscounselling.co.uk.
