Counselling in Hastings

We all have difficulty coping with problems and often need to be listened to without being judged. I offer counselling that is friendly and professional. I am here to help you through difficult times and help you develop new ways of dealing with your situation.

  • I am aware that you need space to deal with your feelings.
  • It is important to find a way of working that suits you.
  • It’s my role as counsellor to support you to work out your own solutions.

I am based in St James Road, Hastings, where free parking  is available.  I offer 50 minute sessions for individuals, one hour sessions for couples, and low-cost counselling for students. Counselling sessions can be daytime or during the evening. For many years, I have worked with disabled people in their own homes. I also work with people with learning difficulties and currently work as an activities co-ordinator for people with dementia and Alzheimers.

I am a counsellor for an established local charity doing voluntary and paid work, including counselling at a GPs surgery and have facilitated and co-facilitated groups for anger management and a wellbeing group for the over 50s. I also support survivors of suicide.

I am able to offer counselling for clients with the following issues:

* Abuse
